The Texas Foot and Ankle Center (TFAC) is located within the Plano Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center (POSMC), providing podiatric medical and surgical care. Our patients receive the finest in consultation, diagnosis and treatment of ailments and injury to the foot and ankle.The center operates under the guidance of Dr. John Crates, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and Dr. Solomon H. Chaim, a board-elegible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon.

X-ray, MRI and physical therapy are on site at our ofice, which is open up to ten hours each day, five days per week.
